Dr. Lisa Sun

Dr. Lisa Sun joined Piedmont Eye Surgical & Laser Center in 2018. Dr. Sun received her Medical Degree from LSU School of Medicine and completed her residency at LSU Health Sciences Center where she was the Chief Resident and received recognition as the Outstanding Preliminary Resident and the Excellence in Ophthalmology Award as the Outstanding Senior. She is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.

Dr. Sun specializes in cataract surgery, including toric and multifocal lenses, and medical and surgical glaucoma treatment. She is passionate about helping guide patients to their best vision possible. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, CrossFit, pottery, and cheering on her LSU Tigers and Saints in football.
